Role Description
This is a contract role for a Programmes Administrator focused on Fellowships and Programmes (Executive Programmes) at the Blavatnik School of Government. This hybrid role is based in Oxford, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Programmes Administrator will handle day-to-day tasks such as executive administrative assistance, managing expense reports, providing executive support, and facilitating communication. Additionally, the role involves various administrative assistance tasks to support the smooth operation of the programmes.
Essential skills and Experience
- Excellent organisational skills with a flexible can-do approach
- Demonstrable ability to juggle multiple tasks and have ownership of projects and tasks.
- Excellent levels of customer service
- The ability to know when to use initiative and when to seek advice.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent IT skills including experience in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, Canvas and/or other similar platforms
- Collaborative working style,
- A systematic, thorough, and highly organised approach to work with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- An ability to undertake research and provide recommendations.
- A keen interest in and commitment to the School’s mission and objectives
