Programme Planner / Coordinator (EV)

Our client, a pioneering electric vehicle developer, is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Programme Planner / Coordinator to join their dynamic team. You will support the planning and coordination of innovative vehicle programmes, helping ensure key activities remain on track.
The Programme Planner / Coordinator will:
Assist with maintaining and updating programme schedules using MS Project or similar tools.
Gather updates from team members and track progress against key milestones.
Support the integration of planning data into master schedules alongside engineering and programme teams.
Contribute to creating and maintaining accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) for vehicle builds.
Help document part numbers, quantities, and specifications clearly and consistently.
Support cross-functional meetings, logging planning changes, risks, and providing general project admin support.
The Programme Planner / Coordinator will have:
Bachelor’s degree in automotive engineering or a STEM-related field.
Experience supporting vehicle or similar product development programmes involving cross-functional teams.
Strong IT skills including MS Office, with proficiency or exposure to MS Project.
Previous experience with working in Automotive (OEM, Engineering Services) with some understanding of Product Development.
Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities; proactive and eager to take ownership.
