Reporting to the Head of Building Safety Delivery, this is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing a portfolio of fire remediation projects across our housing stock. Leading a multidisciplinary team and working closely with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure that all works are delivered to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality. This role involves managing substantial budgets and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with fire safety legislation, building codes, and internal governance frameworks. The Programme Manager will be expected to provide strategic direction while also being hands-on in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
