Harvey Nash are now inviting candidates to apply for the role of Programme Manager, this is a permanent role with frequent travel to our clients offices in Glasgow. The Role Working for a global organisation you will be responsible for the successful delivery of Programmes and projects within our clients Transformation Delivery portfolio and to support the implementation of Product teams. You will also be responsible for delivering change. The role will be responsible for assessing, recommending and developing different programme and product team methodologies and approaches depending on business need and technology approach. Some example considerations would be, Waterfall/Agile/Bi-Multi-Modal, product vs project, and iterative development. A snapshot of other responsibilities: The role requires effective coordination of the programme's projects and management of their inter-dependencies including oversight of any risks and issues arising. The annual portfolio of programmes and products is expected to be in excess of £25m with individual programmes in the region of circa £5m annually. The role is crucial for creating and maintaining focus, enthusiasm and momentum.
