MMP Consultancy are currently seeking a Programme Manager to deliver a contract between a service provider for data on an asset management programme for a Public Sector Housing organisation based in London.\n\nContract: 18 Months (One Week Notice)\n Rate: £600 per day (Inside IR35)\n Location: London\n Hybrid: 3/2 day split\n\nKey Duties:\n\nOversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of survey projects, ensuring timely access and delivery.\nManage stakeholder communications, including customized correspondence and issue resolution related to survey access and project queries.\nLead data analysis efforts, tracking key metrics such as work volume, no-access incidents, and survey progress for reporting purposes.\nCoordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve access issues and manage project blocks.\nSupport executive teams by preparing minutes, drafting reports, and facilitating effective communication.\nOversee the management of contractors, including invoice payments, access concerns, and quality assurance.\nMonitor and support the use of project management systems, providing training and troubleshooting as needed.\nLead and coordinate recruitment efforts for roles such as M&E Surveyor, Contract Officer, and Data Analyst.\nDevelop and enhance communication strategies around no-access issues and project changes, ensuring clear and direct stakeholder messaging.\nManage programme risks, resolve issues, and ensure continuous improvement across all project elements.\nContribute to asset management strategy-related works to ensure alignment with overall project and organizational objectives.\nPreferred Skills:\n\nProven experience in programme management, project coordination, or related roles.\nStrong analytical and data interpretation skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nCapable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.\nSkilled in using project management and reporting systems.\nProblem-solving mindset with the ability to react quickly to dynamic project issues.\nFamiliarity with HHSRS monitoring processes.\nKnowledge of contract management and invoicing procedures
