Overview
We are working with an established HVAC / Mechanical contractor delivering the full MEP & HVAC package on a complex mixed-use development in Temple.
They are seeking a site-based MEP Programme Manager to work alongside the existing Project Management team, taking ownership of the short-term and finishing programmes and driving day-to-day delivery across all MEP disciplines.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role combining site engagement with programme management.
The Role
The MEP Programme Manager will be responsible for managing and driving the project programme at site level, ensuring weekly targets are understood, achievable, and delivered.
Key responsibilities include:
Working alongside Project Managers to develop and maintain master finishing and short-term programmes Managing the programme on a day-to-day basis, ensuring alignment across all MEP disciplines Regularly engaging with lead engineers and discipline supervisors (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC) Issuing weekly targets, reviewing progress, and identifying risks to delivery Challenging delays constructively and identifying what is required to recover or maintain programme F...
