Programme Manager - Retail Supply Chain Transformation Regular travel to Bracknell Inside IR35

One of the UKs top retailers are looking for a Programme Manager to join them on a 6 month contract. They are looking for someone who can inspire and lead a strategic step change through a multi-year Supply Chain Transformation across technology, physical infrastructure, operational processes and people of circa £200m over 5 years.

Accountabilities: Ensure the Supply Chain transformation programme is fully docked into the wider Supply Chain value stream vision and aligned to strategic goals and ESG targets. Establish and set up the multi year programme, programme governance & delivery plan. Accountable for management and reporting of all costs and benefits. Accountable for creation and delivery of the end to end transformation plan, including business implementation. Accountable for ensuring business continuity and security while landing of the transformation. Ensure development of a successful and complete Business Transition approach (led by Change Lead).
