\n 37 hours per week,\npermanent
\n
\n Salary - £40,828\nper annum
\n
The successful\ncandidate will lead a team of Engineering Trainers and will be\nresponsible monitoring trainer caseloads and ensuring that the\napprenticeship curriculum is both purposeful and ambitious.
\n
The role will also\ninvolve working with employers, the Business Development Unit and\nclassroom-based teachers to ensure the effectiveness of the\napprenticeship provision in the Engineering department. The\nsuccessful candidate will have management responsibility for\nwork-based curriculum and will be responsible for the day-to-day\nrunning of the curriculum with support from the course leaders and\ntraining team.
