In this role, you will lead a variety of projects and programmes aligned with our Relationship Management growth priorities. You will drive the high level mapping of processes impacted by our migration to a new CRM platform , manage small to medium project teams and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders across the business. With your strong project management experience you will scope new opportunities, manage timeframes, design new processes and deliver progress updates while overseeing end to end delivery.
What will I be doing? Support Senior Programme Delivery Manager in identifying opportunities for new projects and programmes across Relationship Management
Identify stakeholders and ensure effective engagement of both technical & non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with Sponsors and stakeholders to clearly define project vision, outcomes and success criteria, key milestones, decisions, governance and project roadmap.
Lead on the process mapping linked to the migration to a new CRM platform, supporting the identification of new business benefits to the organisation
Define appropriate project methodology and resource needs, manage project budgets, forecast and track external and internal project resources where appropriate
Facilitate an end-to-end approach to delivery, ensuring consideration of technical and user change and support throughout the project.
Provide Project Management expertise and guidance to support RM teams
What are we looking for? Highly organised with a good understanding of project management principles and best practice
Experience of delivering national projects with multiple stakeholders, gaining co-operation and buy in
Experience working with technology based projects desirable
Experience with mapping processes related to change
Significant experience building collaborative and effective relationships with internal stakeholders
Experience of producing high quality reports and plans for projects, and confidently presenting to a variety of audiences both internal and external
High level of natural curiosity, drive, enthusiasm, and confidence to challenge in a constructive way. Confident in working with ambiguous change
Ability to analyse data and information to draw insights for further analysis and development of recommendations
A proven commitment to continuous performance improvement and support the drive for change and new ways of working
