Love Kids? Want to help them grow and succeed? Passionate, energetic and ambitious? We are hiring a Director for our growing and successful girls' gymnastics program, ages 6-18, located in Ellisville, Mo. This position includes teaching, administering of the program, and staff training, scheduling and supervision.
Qualifications include:
*Gymnastics knowledge (required)
*Experience with children (required)
*Experience growing a program or increasing business (required)
*Outstanding leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills (required)
*Supervision experience (required)
*High School diploma (required) College degree ()
*Available weekday evenings (Mon-Fri) + Saturday mornings (approximately 20 hrs/wk teaching hours) + approximately 10 hrs/wk on-site administrative duties
*Full time position - 30-35 hours/week
