What You'll Be Doing: Deliver engaging training that helps people de-escalate conflict and manage challenging behaviour. Train learners across the UK, both in-person and online. Work flexibly and travel as needed to meet client needs. Contribute to the development and refresh of training materials, ensuring they remain practical, current, and impactful.
