What You Bring
Extensive experience leading IT projects or programmes Demonstrated success delivering core banking or financial technology initiatives Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, ITIL) — essential Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus Strong understanding of the global financial services landscape Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, multicultural, and demanding environments
