This role is ideal for someone with an eye for detail and a strong client focus, who enjoys balancing technical administration with relationship management.LocationDuties for this role include, but are not limited to:Servicing existing accounts and handling renewals.Negotiating renewal terms and alternative quotations with insurers.Responding to client queries and liaising with insurers on policy changes.Preparing policy documentation for new and existing customers.Processing policies and ensuring accurate records are maintained.Supporting departmental targets by driving retention and growth.Liaising with senior leadership on audit findings and quality improvements.Promoting the company brand and cross-selling additional services.Ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit standards.Skills / QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have knowledge of financial lines insurance or related products, though training will be provided.
