We are proud to be supporting this fast expanding Scientific Company in the recruitment of a Production Technician The roles will be based from the laboratories and offices in Rotherham. This is an immediate role and would ideally suit someone who has worked before in a scientific/clean room environment and/or been involved in the production of small parts including putting parts together and some spot soldering. In order to carry out this role the successful applicants will have: A background in production demonstrating a keen attention for detail and a high level of manual dexterity Use of hand tools and, ideally, a soldering pen Good eyesight (assisted or unassisted) and able to carry out precise/detailed work using a light microscope at times Able to carry out tasks in a methodical manner Self-motivated and understanding that the role is repetitive but highly important for 100% accuracy so able to maintain focus Comfortable working on your own and as part of a successful team.
