We are seeking a Production Welder / Metal Finisher to join a leading international manufacturing company in Leamington Spa.

TIG Welding & Finishing

Carry out precision TIG welding on stainless steel components to exact specifications. Perform grinding, polishing, and finishing of welded parts to achieve the required surface quality. Ensure all welded joints are visually and dimensionally accurate, free from defects. Work from technical drawings to produce components that meet customer and company requirements. Check and measure finished components at required inspection frequencies. Identify, label, and record both approved and rejected parts in line with ISO9001 Quality Standards. Maintain consistency in weld quality, finish, and polish across all components produced. Maintain a clean and organised working area, including polishing stations and equipment. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company health & safety requirements. Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience in TIG welding stainless steel components. Skilled in polishing, grinding, and finishing stainless steel to a high cosmetic standard. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Strong attention to detail and pride in producing a flawless finish. Knowledge of quali...
