We are working with a manufacturing organisation in Frimley who are looking for a Production Team Leader on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have demonstrable supervisory experience and be well versed working within production management.

Salary £46,500 - £52,500 per annum depending on experience

Two-week rotating shift pattern:

Early shift: Monday - Friday 5:30am - 1:30pm

Late shift: Monday - Thursday 12:30pm - 9:00pm, Friday 12:30pm - 6:00pm

Job Description

• Develop shift schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels.
• Monitor production output and scrap rates
• Performance management and training of the team, including appraisals, recruitment, managing sickness and annual leave
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Demonstrable people management or supervisory experience
• Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment
• Well versed working in a Production Team Leader or Supervisor position
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
