Are you an experienced leader with a passion for production and team management? Interaction recruitment is working with a well-established, successful company to find a proactive and dedicated Production Team Leader for their early. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to motivate a skilled warehouse team, ensure smooth operations, and contribute to continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, support, and energize a warehouse team to achieve daily production targets - Plan daily job schedules and efficiently allocate labor resources - Ensure materials are prepared, processed, and dispatched according to customer specifications - Use our internal ERP system to accurately record and manage stock movements - Promote a safe, clean, and positive working environment in line with health and safety standards - Train and mentor team members on production best practices and safety protocols - Inspect finished products for quality, non-conformance, and proper material condition - Communicate effectively with other departments to maintain smooth workflow - Keep precise records of stock levels and team activities Who We're Looking For: - Minimum of 2 years' experience leading a warehouse or production team - Strong communication ...
