Production Team Leader Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 (DOE) Hours: 40 hours per week, rotating shifts (Days & Backshift)
About the Role We're looking for a motivated Team Leader to support daily operations in our fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment. You'll lead a diverse team, ensuring targets are met safely, efficiently, and with a positive team spirit.
Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and support your team to meet production and quality goals.
Plan and allocate staff according to workload and priorities.
Monitor performance, provide feedback, and encourage development.
Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and Food Safety.
Promote teamwork, respect, and inclusion across all nationalities and skill levels.
Collaborate with other departments to keep operations running smoothly.
About You Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environment.
Confident, hands-on leader with strong people skills.
Organised and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable leading a multicultural team and promoting a positive workplace.
