Interaction recruitment is working with a well-established, successful company to find a proactive and dedicated Production Team Leader for their early. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to motivate a skilled warehouse team, ensure smooth operations, and contribute to continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Lead, support, and energize a warehouse team to achieve daily production targets Plan daily job schedules and efficiently allocate labor resources Ensure materials are prepared, processed, and dispatched according to customer specifications Use our internal ERP system to accurately record and manage stock movements Promote a safe, clean, and positive working environment in line with health and safety standards Train and mentor team members on production best practices and safety protocols Inspect finished products for quality, non-conformance, and proper material condition Communicate effectively with other departments to maintain smooth workflow Keep precise records of stock levels and team activities
