Production Team Leader Full time, Permanent role Early and late shift rotation £48,000 - £52,500 per annum (OTE £50,400 - £54,625 per annum) Camberley About the Role Our client is seeking a Production Team Leader to join them in a full time, permanent role on a 2-shift rotation. The ideal candidate will be someone with experience leading and planning daily duties for teams of up to 30 production operators. Working hours * Week 1: 5:30am – 1:30pm Monday to Friday * Week 2: 12:30pm – 9pm Monday to Thursday & 12:30pm to 6pm Friday Production Team Leader Experience needed: * Demonstrable supervisory or people management experience. * Demonstrable experience of building strong relationships and managing diverse teams. * Experience undertaking appraisals and performance management procedures. * Experience of dealing with conflict and disciplinary procedures. * Ability to work closely with others Team Leaders. * Intermediate IT skills in MS Teams, Excel, and Word * Experience in production management. Key responsibilities for Production Team Leader: * Performance Management and Training: Conduct appraisals, provide regular and constructive feedback and address performance and conduct issues promptly and constructively with HR support.
