We are currently looking for an experienced Flow Team Leader to join our night shift Manufacturing team. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving performance across designated production cells, ensuring we consistently deliver against our Safety, People, Quality, Volume and Cost (SPQVC) objectives. Reporting to the Value Stream Manager , with a secondary reporting line to the Head of Production , you will play a critical role in embedding Lean manufacturing principles, engaging and developing teams, and supporting the delivery of factory targets. The Role As a Flow Team Leader, you will provide strong, visible leadership across your production area, guiding Cell Leaders, Setters and Operators to achieve operational excellence. You will champion a proactive safety culture, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency are maintained.
