• Deliver production schedules on time and in full
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, BRC, and ISO standards
• Lead and develop production teams
• Drive efficiency, minimise waste, and improve processes
• Support the launch and scale-up of new products
• Maintain accurate KPIs and performance reporting

What Were Looking For

• Experience as aProduction Manager Food and/or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of food safety and compliance frameworks
• Proven leadership and people management skills
