NXA Talent is partenered with a fast growing FMCG brand to find a supply chain/production professional to oversee the production of product with a remote manufacturing operation to be managed.

A background in food & drink manufacturing or powder manufacturing is hugely advantageous.

This role is based 100% on site 5 days per week in Central London

Responsibilities

• Planning and scheduling production including oversight of raw material and packaging volumes to ensure continuous production
• Work with wider stakeholders to ensure capacity planning is accurate to support anticipated demand
• Track and report key operational KPIs (OTIF, yield, scrap and stock availability)
• Act as the central point of contact for contract manufacturing partners including managing anticipated changes in manufacturing runs and delays
• Take ownership of BOMs and ensure accurate data is maintained at all times
• Support NPD and develop Gantt charts for new product launches
• Line manage a team overseeing operational supply chain and production
• Clear and open leadership style promoting best practice across KPIs

Qualifications

• Must have experience across food, drink or associated supply chains
• An improvement mindset with somebody keen to help develop processes
• Experience of managing several diverse production lines
• Experience of working across several stakeholders including vendors, manufacturing partners and logistics partners
• ERP experience is necessary with experience across Notion, Unleashed & Air Table being nice to have
• Knowledge of food safety and packaging requirements will be an advantage
