Job description: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will ensure production processes run smoothly, safely, and efficiently, while managing a team of production staff. First line Supervisor responsible for leading teams in the High Risk & Despatch areas to produce our outstanding quality of the products ensuring compliance with standards and policies while always pursuing and promoting continuous improvement.
