Supporting and leading a team on the shop floor day-to-day

Driving continuous improvement and helping streamline processes

Currently working as a Team Leader / Senior Operative in a manufacturing or production environment
Ready to step up into a supervisory role
Strong people skills - confident leading, coaching, and motivating others
A proactive, hands-on approach with a "lead by example" mindset
