What you'll be doing:
Leading and supporting a team of operatives to meet daily production targets
Ensuring all processes and procedures are followed accurately and efficiently
Driving a strong Health & Safety culture across your shift
Monitoring performance and meeting key business KPIs
Delivering shift reports and keeping the wider team in the loop
Providing on-the-job coaching and training to team members
Working closely with other departments to keep things running smoothly
Taking an active role in audits and high-profile visits
Stepping up for the Shift Operations Manager when requiredWhat we're looking for:
Previous supervisory or team leader experience in a production or manufacturing setting
A confident communicator who can motivate a team
