As a Production Supervisor , youll work closely with the Shift Manager to ensure production runs efficiently, safely and to a high standard. Youll be the first point of contact for the production team, helping them stay motivated, supported and performing at their best. Youll be responsible for: Managing raw material stock levels across all production lines Overseeing quality control, identifying issues and supporting complaint resolution Ensuring timely production changeovers and execution of the shift plan Providing hands-on support when required (e.g. pulling pallets, opening capsules) Monitoring productivity, OE, efficiencies and working hours Leading day-to-day people activities ...
