Primary Purpose:

We’re looking for a confident and collaborative Production Supervisor to guide and coordinate production across several teams during our weekday (Day & Night) shifts. You’ll be a key point of contact during your shift—resolving issues, tracking performance, promoting safe and inclusive working practices, and supporting both team and personal development. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys motivating others and creating a positive team culture where everyone can thrive.

Why Join Us?:

  • Attractive compensation package, including a competitive salary, performance-based bonuses, premium pay for overtime and night shifts, plus access to an on-site cafeteria and dedicated break-out areas to support employee well-being and relaxation.
  • Balanced shift patterns designed to support your wellbeing and life outside work.
  • Lead and inspire a skilled, diverse team in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Opportunities for career growth through involvement in high-impact projects and development programs.
  • Job stability in a growing business with a strong order pipeline and a long-term future.
  • A workplace that values difference—we are committed to creating an environment where everyone feels seen, supported, and respected.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead and support production teams to safely meet output and quality targets.
  • Create a positive, inclusive working environment that fosters collaboration and trust.
  • Manage and support staff performance, training needs, wellbeing, and attendance.
  • Champion a proactive approach to health, safety, and environmental standards, ensuring a culture where everyone feels safe and valued.
  • Monitor team performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive change through collaboration.
  • Work closely with other departments to make sure materials and resources are available when needed.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records, including training, compliance, and production documentation.
  • Support with people management activities such as recruitment, HR investigations, and coaching.

What We’re Looking For:

We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and experiences. If you’re passionate about leading teams and continuous improvement, with supervisory experience in a complex manufacturing environment then we’d love to hear from you!

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment or a similar production-based role.
  • NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification (or relevant experience).
  • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles is a bonus, but not essential.
  • Effective leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
  • Great communication skills – verbal and written – with a focus on clarity and respect.
  • Organised, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and manage resources effectively.
