We are working with an well-established food production company who are currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor. The role will be working on the early shift and will be supporting the factory / shift manager. We require a candidate that has experience of managing and overseeing staff, organizing daily work patterns and ensuring that the site teams are confident in their daily activities. Shift patterns and team organization are essential and suitable candidates will be responsible for assisting with daily performance KPI's and monitoring both activity and productivity.
