AboutTheRole:

ReportingtotheOperationsManager,youwilloverseeateamofmachinemindersandlineleaders,ensuringthesmoothrunningofproductionandtheachievementofschedulestomeetcustomerordersontimeandtospecification.

Asapeoplemanager,youwilllead,develop,train,andengageyourteam,ensuringhighlevelsofperformance,safety,andstaffretention.YouwillcaptureandanalysedatatomeasureperformanceagainstKPIsandOEEtargets.
