Afternoon Production Supervisor Rugby

15:00 - 01:00 Mon - Thur (Enjoy a 3-day weekend)
We are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to run a busy shift for a manufacturer in Rugby.
This is a standalone role where you are the sole decision maker. Leading a team of 20 & you will handle:
Shift planning and forecasting
Staff training and labour allocation
Hands on machine operating when neededWho we are looking for
We need a natural leader who is comfortable on the shop floor. You might be a supervisor in a small company ready to step up, or an experienced manager wanting a new challenge.
Note: We are not looking for an Operations Manager. You must be happy working on the production floor and have real world experience.
