Working Hours : 4 on - 4 off - 06:00 - 18:00

Key Responsibilities: Managing a production stream in a specific area of the factory
Optimise manufacturing performance by implementing new and improved standards with a key focus on team member safety, product quality and product optimisation
Build a culture of safety amongst the Team Leaders through leading by example and re enforcing positive safety culture and climate within the production stream.
Confirm that all processes and tasks have formal risk assessment and corrective actions have been completed as a priority
