About the Role

A market-leading creative production company specialising in technical design, artwork, digital content, print, brand activation and sustainable fabrication is seeking a Production Project Manager to support bespoke luxury retail fabrication projects.

Role Overview

You will interpret client briefs, identify the most efficient production methods and materials, and produce accurate costings. The role requires strong communication with Project and Fabrication teams, ensuring proposals meet the brief while managing expectations on budget, quality and timelines. You will also support Production Management when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce clear, accurate estimates with well-explained assumptions and suggestions.
• Review client briefs, align requirements with internal teams, and manage expectations.
• Identify cost-saving or quality-enhancing alternatives.
• Troubleshoot client requests and support general departmental needs.
• Establish CPAs with Project and Fabrication teams.
• Assist with Production Management where capacity allows.

Core Skills & Knowledge

• Strong understanding of fabrication, materials, and build methods for luxury retail environments.
• Knowledge of creative production and retail fabrication (temporary and permanent).
• Commercial awareness and supplier management experience.
• Knowledge of large-format graphics (ideal).
• Excellent communication, organisation, and people skills.
