We have three new exciting opportunities within our Cladding Remediation team, the role of the Production Project Manager is to lead the delivery of Cladding remediation projects through all aspects of the construction stages of the replacement of the facade and be accountable for the projects’ programme delivery in line with the project targets and all stakeholders’ expectations. The successful candidates will contribute to the pre-construction planning of developments considering and developing project execution plans, site management strategies and building sequence/durations to facilitate the compilation of an overall development programme/budget. You will own responsibility for the day-to-day planning, direction and monitoring of site of each project, ensuring that projects are delivered in a safe, efficient, cost effective and sustainable manner. Co-ordinate and manage pre-commencement Health and Safety obligations across the projects ensuring all pre-start Health & Safety Plans are fully developed prior to start on site in accordance with HSE policy and are maintained throughout the projects.
