Are you a Production, Process or Manufacturing Engineer from a Moulding background looking to be respected as a technical expert, where you will become an integral part of a highly successful team?

In this role you will be responsible for liaising between the Production, Design and Sales team to develop prototypes and samples before full mass production. This business specialise in injection and compression moulding of soft polymers and are part of a vertically integrated group. You'll help manage product quality, ensuring operators and taught correct procedures for production and maintain product and project quality.

This company are part of a vertically integrated group with a large orderbook. Specialising in soft polymers, they have carved out a profitable niche and are looking for a Production Engineer to ensure New Product Introduction timelines are on schedule.
