The Role: As a Production Planning Coordinator, you'll support the Planning and Operational Excellence teams to ensure production schedules are accurate, achievable, and aligned with both capacity and demand. From live production tracking to labour forecasting, you will be central to maintaining smooth production flows and optimising resource utilisation. Working Pattern: This is a full-time, on-site role working Tuesday to Saturday to align with production and supply chain demands. Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain daily/weekly/monthly production schedules

Monitor real-time production progress and adjust plans as needed

Liaise with teams across production, supply chain, procurement, and warehouse

Optimise labour and equipment usage, including managing agency labour forecasts
