Location: Portsmouth – On site

Salary: Up to £61,000 dependent on skills and experience + 10% Bonus

Job Description:

This role oversees Production Planning processes across Upkeep and FTSP projects, with full responsibility for planning and work enablement. It reports functionally to the Production Planning and Controls Manager and is assigned to a Class Program Manager or Upkeep PM.

The position leads a professional team, managing performance, delivery, and development. It requires specialist knowledge in planning, scheduling, or bid practices, with the ability to adapt methods, improve processes, and guide others effectively.

The team manages Production Planning across Upkeep and FTSP projects for the Royal Naval Fleet, ensuring effective planning and seamless work enablement. They play a key role in coordinating activities, supporting delivery, and maintaining operational readiness across complex, high-profile programmes.
