About the Role GTS are looking for a highly organised Production Planner to keep our clients manufacturing operations running smoothly. You'll coordinate schedules, materials, and deliveries — making sure customers get their orders on time while production runs efficiently.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on planning, problem-solving, and working with multiple teams to get things done.
What You'll Do Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules. Update Progress Plus database with accurate production information. Liaise with team leaders and departments to address workflow issues. Coordinate materials, tooling, and BOM availability to avoid production delays. Work with customers on delivery dates and update them on progress. Monitor production stages from kit cutting to inspection and dispatch. Ensure inspection processes are scheduled and completed on time. Organise dispatch and delivery of goods when required. Attend daily production meetings and provide status updates.
