Job Title: Production Planner

Location: Wolverhampton

Pay Rates: £35,000 - £42,000

Shift Patterns: 37 hours per week

Job Duties

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure seamless coordination of production activities. Optimise production schedules. Utilise advanced planning tools and software to create accurate production schedules taking into account capacity, resource constraints, material, and lead times. Booking transport required for consignments. Following up on phone bookings with confirmation emails. Checking delivery notes. Ensuring the warehouse has all delivery notes - checking to ensure all information is correct. Completing paperwork with the dispatch office. Input any new and revised customer orders into the company CRM system. Creating new job cards (production work orders) to be raised for production. Planning work in progress. Ensuring sufficient material is available to create the parts for customers. Liaising with purchasing to order stock. Chase parts from subcontractors. Progressing one-off orders through to production.Requirements
