Role: Production Planner Location: Fareham Salary: £35,000 to £38,000 per annum
We are looking for Production Planning to join a fantastic team, this is a great opportunity for someone with experience in apparel production planning, purchasing, or supply chain coordination, particularly within performance wear, sportswear, or technical products. You'll play a central role in keeping products flowing efficiently from suppliers to customers - balancing inventory, managing supplier relationships, and supporting commercial growth.
Job Purpose As a Production Planner you'll be responsible for overseeing the full planning and procurement cycle - from raising POs with international factories to coordinating inbound logistics and maintaining accurate systems. Working cross-functionally with product development, logistics, and warehouse teams, you'll ensure stock availability aligns with seasonal demand without over-ordering or delays.
