Duties: Developing a robust production schedule, ensuring customer demand is met, whilst considering production optimization Ensuring labour requirements are met and shortages are communicated where required. Evaluating raw material and all other bill of material requirements to ensure everything is in place to meet production requirements. Tracking and reporting the progress of goods as they are being manufactured to ensure they remain on schedule. Liaising with all departments and communicating any issues that may arise. Evaluate production and supplier performance, recommend improvement to any areas which are directly impacting the planning process/performance Resolve scheduling conflicts and adjust production schedules as needed, ensuring schedules are such as to ensure production optimization Shift Pattern: Monday Thursday 07.00 16.00 & Friday 07.00 12.00 No Weekends The finer details: On going Work £30,000 - £35,000
