Production Planner Required! Our client is a leading UK-based manufacturer of specialist sterilisation solutions, serving a variety of professional, research, and clinical sectors worldwide. Our client is looking for an experienced Production Planner to join their small, collaborative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production workflows, prioritising projects, and keeping internal teams, including sales and purchasing fully informed to ensure schedules are met and customer expectations are managed. To be considered, candidates must live within commutable distance to Sidcup Package: Salary £32,000 - £35,000 (DOE) 25 days holiday bank holidays Company pension scheme Early finish Fridays Working hours Monday - Thursday 8:30am till 5pm and Fridays 8:30am till 2pm Production Planner - Responsibilities: Manage production schedules and workflows. Supervise and coordinate a team of approximately 10 workshop staff, ensuring effective task allocation and prioritisation Understand and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) to support accurate production planning Attend production meetings, providing clear updates on project status, progress, and potential delays Communicate any production issues or delays to the sales team to manage customer expectations effectively Step in to support the shopfloor as needed Provide support in purchasing or materials management during staff absences or periods of high demand. Production Planner - Requirements: 4 years' proven experience in Production Planning, Coordination, or Scheduling. Including the use of ERP systems.
