Production Operatives

New Today

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives for our well-established client based in Milton Keynes, MK15.

Our client is a leading mat manufacturer with locations across the UK, USA, and Belgium.

About the role

You will be working on the mat production line, carrying out a variety of manufacturing tasks, including:

Cutting and pressing

*

Machine operating

*

Packing finished products

*

Moving stock and materials

You may work across several departments, including Printing & Prep, Pressers, Finishing, and Despatch.

Shifts

Monday to Friday – fixed shifts

*

Day shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm | £14.48 per hour

*

PM shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm | £15.96 per hour

30 minutes unpaid break | 37.5 hours per week

Requirements

*

Previous production experience is desirable; full training will be provided

*

Ability to work full time on a fixed shift pattern

*

Positive attitude and good attention to detail

*

You must have your own safety shoes and high-visibility vest; all other PPE will be provided on site
