We are currently seeking Production Operatives to become part of our client’s fast-paced packaging team. Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour Working Hours This role operates on a rotating shift pattern (39 hours per week): Week 1: Monday to Thursday – 06:00 AM to 02:00 PM Friday – 05:00 AM to 12:00 PM Week 2: Monday to Thursday – 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM Friday – 12:00 PM to 07:00 PM Overtime Saturday (6:00 AM to 12:00 PM) – Paid at time and a half Sunday (6:00 AM to 12:00 PM) – Paid at double time Key Responsibilities * Ensure that Health & Safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards are maintained to a high level * Understand and follow instructions on specification sheets relevant to the role * Liaise with relevant departments to ensure the correct quantities of materials are available for each job * Work with the crew to set up jobs in the most efficient and timely manner * Stack and send pallets down the line, ensuring they are suitable for palletisation and presented to a first-class standard * Work with the crew to ensure all cleaning and basic maintenance is carried out to a high standard and within required timeframes * Assess manual handling processes and make recommendations for impro...
