Production Operative | £13 per hour | Twilight Shift | Poole

Purpose

As a Production Operative , you will play a key role in the production department, working closely with the production team within a well established manufacturing and distribution environment with the opportunity to progress and grow. This is a Temporary to Permanent position with the opportunity to develop your skillset and progress within an established company. This will be working on a Twilight shift.

3pm to 12pm (midnight) - Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

As a Production Operative your duties will involve:

* Operating machinery to set guidelines * Quality checking products for defects and faults * Packing products into boxes and prepping for dispatch * Labelling parts using great eye for detail * Assisting the warehouse with loading / unloading of deliveries.

Background

The successful Production Operative will have:

* A background within a production or warehouse environment * The ability to work within a small team with a proactive attitude * Comfortable doing repetitive work * Good communication skills with the ability to liaise across various departments.
