Production Operative – Career Progression with a Global Manufacturer

Location: Wellington, TA21 9JG Pay: £26,665.60 at £12.82/hour to £29,328.00 at £14.10/hour

Hours: Full-time | 40 hours/week | Rotating Shifts (6am–2pm & 2pm–10pm, Monday to Friday)

Our client, a well-established international packaging manufacturer, is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Production Operatives to join their growing team at their Wellington facility. Key Responsibilities

Operate and set up high-tech production machinery Maintain product quality in line with company standards Work collaboratively to reduce downtime and improve efficiency Progress through a structured training pathway to become a multi-skilled operative

Pay & Overtime

Starting Rate: £12.82/hour Progression Rate: Up to £14.10/hour as you become multi-skilled Overtime: Paid at time and a half

£19.23/hour (based on starting rate) £21.15/hour (once fully multi-skilled)
