Production Operative - Specials Department

We are seeking Production Operatives to join the Specials Team at the Almondsbury site. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role where you'll play a key part in producing bespoke building products. What You'll Be Doing:

Hand-crafting formed blocks to meet customer specifications Transferring wet clay onto stillages Building precise brick firing stacks Sorting fired bricks into packs for customer orders Maintaining high standards of health & safety and housekeeping

What We're Looking For:

Excellent timekeeping and attendance Self-motivated with a proactive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong awareness of health & safety Willingness to learn and operate manufacturing equipment Own transport is essential

Desirable:

Experience in a continuous improvement environment Counterbalance FLT licence Relevant training or upskilling qualifications

Working Hours: Training Period (12-16 weeks):
