Job Title: Production Operative Location: Uphall Salary: £24,000 per annum Full time hours: 37.5 hours, 5 days per week 08:00 – 16:00 Contact Type: Permanent

Responsibilities:

Operate butter production machinery safely and efficiently Assist in the preparation and mixing of ingredients Monitor production processes and perform quality checks Package and label butter products accurately Maintain a clean and organized work environment Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times Report any issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor Support other production tasks as required

Essential Skills

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, particularly in food production, is preferred but not essential Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
