Production Operative/ Team Leader Duties:

Lead a small team with effective communication to maintain high standards of efficiency, quality, and productivity Support the training and development of team members Communicate effectively across all departments within the business Assist in the preparation and assembly of food products following established recipes and specifications Ensure strict compliance with food safety standards, including HACCP guidelines Conduct regular checks on equipment, reporting any mechanical issuesPay & Hours:
