About the Role\n\nWe are looking for a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join a busy production team. You will play an important role in supporting the manufacturing process, ensuring products are produced efficiently, safely, and to the required quality standards. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced working environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Assist with daily production tasks to meet targets and deadlines\n\n * \n\n Operate machinery and equipment safely following training and instructions\n\n * \n\n Carry out basic quality checks and report any faults or issues\n\n * \n\n Pack, label, and prepare products for dispatch\n\n * \n\n Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working area\n\n * \n\n Handle materials and stock as required\n\n * \n\n Follow all health and safety procedures at all times\n\nPerson Specification\n\n * \n\n Good attention to detail\n\n * \n\n Ability to work well as part of a team\n\n * \n\n Willingness to follow instructions and learn new tasks\n\n * \n\n Physically able to carry out manual duties and stand for periods\n\n * \n\n Reliable with good timekeeping\n\n * \n\n Previous production or manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided\n\n * \n\n Willing to work rotational shifts
